We take your privacy seriously. Titanbase does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling. All data collected is strictly used to provide and improve the core functionality of the application.

This includes information necessary for account management, access permissions, user settings, and the operation of platform features such as scheduling, asset tracking, and communication tools.

Cookie Policy

Titanbase uses cookies solely for essential application functionality. This includes maintaining active sessions using JSON Web Tokens (JWTs), keeping you logged in between visits, and securing authenticated routes and permissions.

We do not use cookies for advertising purposes. All cookies are limited to what is necessary to ensure a secure and consistent experience within Titanbase.

Communication Policy

Titanbase is a platform designed for emergency services organizations. We offer dedicated notification resources to help you manage your organization more effectively.

Titanbase may contact you via email or SMS under the following conditions:

You have explicitly opted in to receive our newsletter or service-related communications.
You have enabled email or SMS notifications in your user account settings.
You have selected a topic to be notified about.

We will never send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages. You may opt out of email or SMS notifications at any time via your account settings or by following the unsubscribe instructions in any message we send.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages only for topics you have subscribed to. For instance, if you have subscribed to expiring certification reminders, you will receive a notification at 30, 60, and 90 days before expiration, per expiring certification on file. You will not receive more than one notification per topic per sub-topic. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP.” After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Security

Titanbase takes data security seriously and implements safeguards to protect your information. Our infrastructure is hosted on secured virtual private servers (VPS), and our data storage uses PostgreSQL databases managed within isolated environments.

All connections to the VPS are protected by firewalls and access controls. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms before storage, and sensitive operations are secured using role-based access control.

Database access is strictly limited. Organizations can only access their own data, and internal access is restricted to developers whose job responsibilities require direct database interaction. All access is logged and monitored for security compliance.
