Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Titanbase is a subscription-based SaaS product licensed per Organization. It provides administrative and operational tools for public safety and emergency service organizations.

2. Account Access

• Your Organization is responsible for all activity under its account.
• You may only access data and features belonging to your Organization.
• Accessing or modifying other Organizations' data is strictly prohibited.

3. Trial Period

• New Organizations receive a 14-day free trial beginning at account creation.
• Trials must be used in good faith. Abuse may result in termination.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel trials suspected of misuse.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Access beyond the trial requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are per Organization. Only authorized users may use the platform.
• Failure to maintain a subscription will result in loss of access.

5. Data Retention

• Organization data is retained for 90 days after a subscription ends.
• After 90 days of inactivity, all data may be permanently deleted without notice.
• It is your responsibility to export or back up any data before it is deleted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Titanbase for any unlawful purpose or activity, system abuse, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or behavior that degrades performance or security for others.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these terms, abusing the trial period, or compromising the security of the platform.

8. No Warranty

Titanbase is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Titanbase after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
